CO-VID FAQs

We understand you may have some questions regarding your stay, so here are some answers to those frequently asked CO-VID 19 questions below.

Can I be close to my family/friends, but distant from others at your Retreat?

All of our properties are self contained, this means a contactless arrival and stay should you wish. We often try to stop by during your stay to ensure you have everything you need, and are just a phone call away if you need assistance whilst you’re here. We clean the accommodation ahead of your stay, not throughout, so you can enjoy your private oasis without interruption.

Our beautiful secluded hamlet of Nungurner is a heady mix of gentle rolling farm hills and wide open waterways and landscapes. Being undiscovered has it perks and allows you to explore with very little contact with locals or other guests should you prefer.

Country House Retreat is exclusively your private farm house throughout your stay, set on 50 acres of surrounding pastures and bush.

How clean are the shared facilities?

Jetty Road Retreat has only one communal area which is the laundry space, where the washing machines, DVD’s and kayak paddles & lifejackets are stored. One guest is permitted to use the space at a time. We have installed cleaning equipment to be used before and after use of the kayak equipment. Signage is provided to ensure these guidelines are enforced.

How clean is the accommodation?

We have completed a CO-VID Safe plan to ensure we have the knowledge, skills and equipment to provide our guests and staff with a safe environment. All accommodation is given a thorough clean by professional cleaning staff in between visits. This includes disinfecting all contact surfaces.  All linen is laundered offsite at a commercial laundry. Guests are provided with a personal hand sanitiser on arrival.  In addition we have installed extra anti-bacterial wash in the kitchens at each Retreat.
